FutureOS Agents

Getting started with FutureOS Agents

One agent can handle several tasks. Start with a specific goal, then add the tasks and connections your business needs.

Your first setup

1. Create your account

Register with your email address and confirm it when verification is enabled. Sign in to access your workspaces. Two-factor authentication protects accounts that have enabled it.

2. Prepare your workspace

Enter your business name, industry, time zone and website. Add instructions covering tone, audience, products, information to avoid and the person responsible for review.

3. Define your agents’ tasks

The same agent can prepare an article outline, draft a reply, summarize a document and adapt a text. Specify the desired output, approved sources and success criteria. Enable the agents you need for your goal.

4. Add your knowledge

Provide current business information, product sheets and approved answers. Use fictional examples during setup and limit personal data.

5. Configure your connections

Saved settings do not prove that a connection works. Verify the target site and its permissions before any real action. Planned integrations and unverified connections should not be treated as active.

6. Prepare and review a draft

Create a task, add content and submit it for review. Check facts, sources, links and sensitive information before approval. Editing the content clears the previous approval.

7. Publish after validation

Approving a workspace task does not publish anything to an external site. Publication requires an operational connector and a separate publication action. The public FutureOS blog also maintains its own editorial statuses for articles and translations.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need one agent per task?

No. One agent can handle several compatible tasks. Separate agents are useful when instructions, permissions or responsibilities differ.

Is content generated automatically?

Creating a task or workflow does not guarantee AI generation. A working engine, verified connection and sufficient credits are required. Review the output before use.

How many blog languages are planned?

The module supports 25 languages. A published English source can prepare 24 translation jobs. Translations must be produced and reviewed before public display. As of October 16, 2026, automatic execution is disabled pending replenishment of the AI provider’s credits.

What does 94/100 quality mean?

It is an internal editorial review target that must be defined and assessed. It does not guarantee Google rankings or commercial results. No score should be assigned without an evaluation.

How does pricing work?

The Pricing page presents plans and a quote calculator in US dollars. Articles are offered at $5 or $10 depending on the selected level, with a selectable monthly quantity. Payments and automatic billing still need to be finalized before online sales.

Why did my email not arrive?

Check your spam folder and the address you entered. Delivery also depends on configuring and testing the mail service. Prepared templates do not mean sending is enabled.

Is this guide available in every language?

This first version is available in English and French. Other interface languages do not yet have a translated guide.
